Open the top lid and pour in the attractant (fruit juice, fruit vinegar, soapy water, honey, red wine). Then close the lid and place it indoors, or hang it outdoors on a tree or in an orchard using the attached rope. During use, fruit flies, houseflies, and bees will fly into the two small holes on the sides of the product, become trapped, and ultimately be unable to escape.
